Hello and Welcome to  The Australian Institute of Sales Marketing and Management  A.I.S.M.M , if you have attended any of Don’s recent seminars then welcome again.

For those of you who don’t know me, the Board appointed me in January to manage the growth of the Institute and delivery of services to members. I have been touring with our CEO, the invincible, unstoppable and brilliant Don Keady visiting many parts of Australia with him although I cannot always escape the requirements here at the Institute. It is clear  Some people are doing it tough and others are still doing well, the one thing we all have in common is the commitment to learning and growing as individuals and business people, it is great to see the difference Don makes to people’s lives. We have had the great pleasure of  meeting some truly fascinating people  

One of those fascinating people I refer to above is Bob Pritchard AISMM, BSc, CSP, International Marketer of the Year.  

Bob’s credentials are inspiring ,from eight family members covering 3 generations living in humble circumstances  to one of the most successful marketers and speakers in the world. A multi award winner including “International Marketer of the Year”; countless television, radio and magazine stories including “60 Minutes”; 3 internationally bestselling books; A sports success story that was the subject of a book and a TV documentary; 87 Fortune 500 companies and a number of major sport and entertainment entities as clients; guest lecturer at Universities in the U.S., Australia and Europe and contributor to business books around the world. Bob success is an extraordinary story  and delivers exceptional cutting edge advice for us at AISMM and for anybody involved in business ,large or small, employer or employee.  

I am delighted to announce that Bob Pritchard has agreed to be the Patron of The Australian Institute of Sales Marketing and Management, I am immensely grateful that Bob has made this commitment and has taken time from his busy schedule of both commercial and philanthropic activities to as in his words “help bring others through”, his work rate is phenomenal, if you ever get the opportunity to hear Bob speak you must do so!!! Life will be different from then on.

Bob’s input is substantial ,the Institute and our staff greatly appreciate his extensive commercial skills, warmth and humour. We are lucky to have one of the International Greats of Business development as our Patron. The only down side so far is with Bob’s international commitments his time clock is a bit astray, a 5am call from anywhere in the world from Bob to check on one item or another is a little too common, he is truly across everything ...I have never been involved with a  leader as passionate as Bob.    

The Institute has been sending out our CEO Don Keady far and wide as I said in the opening paragraph, Don’s Commitment to Australian Business is legendary and his ability to deal at every level of business is astounding.  Don is so hands on that his fingerprints are on everything we do. Don decided that the Institute has been to city centric and has spent a significant part of the last 18 months covering Australia presenting for no speaking fee to Chambers of Commerce, Business groups, Stock Exchange members and Politicians, telling all some of the secrets of his success,  but also delivering the message of the Institute.  

For those of us that travel it can be a chore, Don just thrives on delivering his message and seeing change both he and the Institute make in people’s lives   I have been moved at the responses back from people who have attended his speaking engagements and seminars,  and I apologise that we cannot get Don to everybody who asks for him. However gaps sometimes occur so if you would like Don to speak to your business group then please let me know, the earlier the better please.  

The Institute subsidises Don on these engagements, as we have a commitment to delivering  solutions with tomorrows tools for today’s business needs, as Don says “ Think like the Fish “ , read one of his books and you will see what I mean.
