Tom is an accomplished manager with good communication, supervisory and people skills and has an ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and grasp new procedures as they present themselves.  He has  undertaken accredited courses in Financial Services and Real Estate to provide him with additional information in dealing with the property portfolio my wife and I have.

Whilst the direction he chose was somewhat 'out of left field' in terms of the type of work he had been performing he completed the courses with very 1high grades and now has the know how to enable him to select and broker his own financial deals and be more astute in his property research.  

Not one to back off a challenge, he and his wife purchased a delicatessen in Tedder Avenue, Main Beach, Qld in 1999 and conducted that business very successfully whilst  still Managing All Points Security. His former trade as a Baker and Pastrycook blended very well with the cooking role he undertook with the business.
